The hijab is the scarf that Muslim women wear in public to cover their heads and it is the symbol of modesty and solitude for Muslim women. woman wear hijab when she is around males who are not members of their family. it is the choice of the woman whether she wants to wear it or not. forcing them not to wear hijab will be against human religious rights.
Recently, at the start of 2022 this scarf head (hijab) tragedic acts begin when Muslim female students wearing hijab were denied access to the classroom. this is biased, unlawful and unreligious directions were announced official by the college principal.
As the days pass, A group of girls carried posters protested, and resultantly a conference scheduled among, involving students, parents, government authorities and institution managements, at the state-run PU collage in Karnataka but it was claimed no conclusion arrived by this combined issue-resolving meeting.
As the situation were getting worsen, protests were there conitiously and demonstrations were staged for getting declaration officially for wearing hijab in institutions and in classrooms. in the earlier days of febarery the situation even turns worst. as a girl wearing hijab reaches to collage for attending class. a folk of students being literate but showing character of illiterate started chanting slogans and hoisting scaffan flags just behind a single girl to demoralized her in democartic country where article 25 in indian constition clearly states that All persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right freely to profess practise and propagate religion.
A judiciary and government officials in India now started to navigate the whole scenarios and issue not to the solution but trying to bring facts that are totally against Islam and its practices. although they were made known and provided into consideration of explanation to the quranic Ayats that clearly instruct to wearing hijab. Surah Noor Ayut No: 31 ( tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments1 except what normally appears.2 Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments3 except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful)
It is a very concerning and unlawful act, not to give religious freedom. As Indian Courts have upheld the local ban on wearing hijab. which is the act of bulwark against dehumanisation, stigmatization and discrimination against the minorities living there. Indian courts fuelled by anti-Islam officials are forcibly directed to go against as much as possible to hijab which reflects that they have completely failed to uphold the principles of justice and equality. and acting unconstitutionally.
